Nathavelle Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods. Nathavelle accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment icons displayed in the site footer are for identification only; the methods available at checkout are the ones shown during the checkout process.
Currency. All orders are priced and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card issuer settles in another currency, the issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. That fee is set and collected by the issuer; Nathavelle neither sets nor receives it.
When payment is taken. Payment is processed when you submit your order; it is not an authorisation-only hold. If an order is cancelled because of stock or review, the amount taken is refunded to the original payment method, following the timeline in the Return & Refund Policy.
Payment security. Payment details are handled directly by the Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal payment networks. Nathavelle does not access or store complete payment card numbers. Checkout pages transmit data over HTTPS.
If payment fails. If a charge is not authorised, the order will not enter processing. We may contact you at the email address or phone number you provided so that you can use a different payment method. Orders that remain unpaid do not hold inventory for more than 24 hours.
Surcharges. Nathavelle does not apply a surcharge to Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal payments.
